Preschool Director / Lead Teacher

Join our team at House of Prayer Lutheran Church as our new Preschool Director /Lead Teacher! We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead our preschool program, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged 3-5. Responsibilities include curriculum development, staff management, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and intellectual growth. HoPP currently follows the Montessori Method. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in early childhood education, meet requirements of Teacher through Minnesota DHS and understand and know how to independently implement all DHS Childcare Licensing requirements, and a commitment to fostering a sense of community within our preschool family.
